SS&Si Dealer Network announced the acquisition of certain assets of FAST Security Distribution, the distribution arm of First Action Security Team Inc. With roots dating back to 1975, FAST has spent five decades supporting the success of independent alarm dealers across the country.

This strategic acquisition brings together two organizations with shared missions — empowering dealers through reliable product access, personalized support, and value-added services. As part of the transaction, SS&Si has hired the FAST Security Distribution team to ensure seamless continuity of service and preserve the strong dealer relationships FAST has built over the years.

The acquisition expands SS&Si’s branch footprint, which now includes Deltona, Fla.; Huntsville, Ala.; Tulsa, Okla.; and Hagerstown, Md. With these strategically located facilities, SS&Si now offers 1–2 day ground shipping to over 80% of the U.S. population—enhancing its reach and responsiveness.

FAST dealers will also gain access to SS&Si’s suite of value-added services, including its private labeling and branding program. Dealers can enjoy free logo printing on preferred products with no minimum order quantity, helping boost brand visibility and customer loyalty.
