Pimloc, an AI video privacy and analytics company, appointed Kelly Richdale as chairwoman of its board of directors. Richdale joins as Pimloc expands across sectors that depend on secure, compliant access to visual data, transforming surveillance video into actionable intelligence without compromising privacy.

Richdale brings over 25 years of leadership at the intersection of technology innovation, cybersecurity, and compliance in highly regulated industries. A recognized expert in AI, quantum technologies, and operational risk, she has held executive, advisory, and board-level roles in organizations spanning insurance, finance, healthcare, and the public sector. Her appointment follows Pimloc’s recent $5 million investment round led by Amadeus Capital Partners, fueling international growth and advancing its vision for privacy-first video intelligence.

“Across industries, organizations are realizing that the same visual data once used purely for security can now drive critical business intelligence, but only if handled with care,” said Simon Randall, CEO, Pimloc. “Richdale brings the rare combination of technical depth, policy expertise, and strategic vision needed to help us lead this shift. As Pimloc continues to scale, her leadership will be instrumental in shaping how we deliver privacy-secure AI that transforms video into a trusted engine for insight, decision-making, and societal value.”

Richdale currently serves as a venture partner at Amadeus Capital Partners and as an executive fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she advises global boards and policymakers on the transformation of industry through AI and quantum computing. She is an advisor to SandboxAQ, the AI and quantum spinoff from Alphabet, and also sits on the board of Assura, a Swiss health insurer.

Her previous leadership roles include senior positions at Libra/Diem (Meta’s blockchain payments initiative), IDQuantique, and L1 Identity Solutions (now IDEMIA), with extensive experience in digital transformation, commercial innovation, and product go-to-market strategy.

“The responsible use of AI is one of the most critical business and governance challenges of our time,” Richdale said. “Across sectors, organizations are sitting on vast amounts of visual data that could drive operational insights, but only if used in ways that respect privacy and regulatory limits. Pimloc’s Secure Redact platform enables exactly that: video intelligence that is privacy-first by design, delivering real-time value without compromising on ethics, trust, or compliance. I’m excited to join at this pivotal moment to help steer Pimloc’s growth across industries where privacy, insight, and trust are non-negotiable.”
